Telling Tales That Transform

From an early age, I discovered the power of storytelling and its ability to connect, inspire, and transform. Returning to university as a mature student, I earned my Bachelor’s in Communications from Mount Royal University, a milestone that marked both reinvention and resilience. Since then, I’ve worked behind the scenes on films and reality shows, where I help stories unfold with authenticity and impact.

Alongside production, I uncovered a hidden talent for public speaking and audience engagement. What began as a single talk grew into opportunities to share my journey of reinvention with audiences of all ages and backgrounds. Modelling has also played a key role in my career, giving me confidence and presence in front of the camera, and enhancing my ability to connect with people visually and emotionally.

Beyond the screen, I’ve spent years volunteering at the Distress Centre, where I now coach new trainees. These experiences fuel my passion for amplifying underrepresented voices and creating narratives that uplift and inspire. My upcoming project, Goals Beyond Borders: Farkhunda Muhtaj’s Journey from Athlete to Advocate, continues that mission celebrating resilience, purpose, and transformation.

At the heart of all my work whether through film, public speaking, modeling, or volunteerism is a simple but powerful goal: to tell stories that inspire change and bring light to the world.
